We hate diets at PFC3, because they never work-they were not meant to. You may have seen short term success with diets in the past at first your body will react to a diet an allow you to lose weight , but eventually your body will start to slow down it's metabolism to make up for the caloric deprivation and you have to start eating less and less to keep losing weight. Your body balances blood sugar levels on its own using hormones like insulin and glucagon, but you can make this so much easier by eating the right foods in the right combinations at the right frequency.
