What is the R3 Wellness Method?

The R3 Wellness Method is a 9-week faith-based coaching experience designed to help women overcome overwhelm, get back their energy and mental focus, fuel their faith and reignite their passion for their unique God-given purpose.

This program will equip you with the knowledge of how to fuel your body for optimal health, give you strategies for mental wellness, managing stress and lowering cortisol, improving mood and focus, enhancing your productivity and overall sense of well-being so that you can move from surviving to thriving living in vibrant health, flourishing in your faith with confidence and clarity of purpose.

What is the time commitment each week?

You can expect to commit around 2-4 hours per week, which includes:

* One 60 Minute group coaching session

* Personal reflection or journal time

* Implementation of weekly action steps

* Optional Community Check-ins

What if I can's attend a live session?

No worries! All sessions are recorded and will be available in your private course portal to watch at your convenience.
