Fourteen years ago, Karen faced a challenging season with her health. Realizing in her zeal to make a difference, she neglected to make her own health a priority. It wasn't until Karen realized she was trying to pour from and empty cup that she was forced to take a step back to Rest, Recover and Realign herself with God's greater purpose for her life.
In this time she discovered a simple method of healthy living that drastically improved her health and strengthened her immune system. This unique, yet simple approach increased her energy and mental clarity, allowing her to be more fit for life and participate in all the amazing adventures God has brought.
Now, Karen is excited to share the tools that have greatly impacted the way she's been able to navigate life's challenges and be proactive with her physical, mental and spiritual health.

Restore H.O.P.E. is a 8-week faith-based coaching experience designed to help women overcome overwhelm, get back their energy and mental focus, fuel their faith and reignite their passion for their unique God-given purpose.
This program will equip you with the knowledge of how to fuel your body for optimal health, give you strategies for mental wellness, managing stress and lowering cortisol, improving mood and focus, enhancing your productivity and overall sense of well being so that you can move from surviving to thriving living in vibrant health, flourishing in your faith with confidence and clarity of purpose.
You can expect to commit around 2-4 hours per week, which includes:
* One 60 minute group coaching session
* Personal reflection or journal time
* Implementation of weekly action steps
* Optional community Check-ins
